Our team will be dispatched to your location

Our driver will drive you and your party to your destination in the comfort of your own vehicle, while the chase car will follow in a separate vehicle to pick up the driver of your vehicle. We do not accept passengers in our chase car, unfortunately.

Payment will be collected at your destination. Tips are always appreciated! :) And you are Home Safe and Sound!

We are a Kelowna based company but are happy to provide services 'TO' surrounding areas. ie: Vernon, Peachland, Penticton. Just give us a call, and we can work something out.
Rate: There is a flat rate of $36 which includes the first 5 kms of your trip and each kilometre after that is $4.00 All calls that commence and terminate outside the Kelowna area have a minimum rate of $55.

Our story
HOME SAFE Designated Drivers began as a business over 20 years ago by a dedicated gentleman named Dave Langford , who had identified a growing need for this service in the Kelowna area. Soon after, he was joined by Brian Henry. They both shared a passion for their business and continued to work hard to service the increasing needs of their wonderful clientele within Kelowna.
After Dave's passing, Brian continued to dedicate his efforts to the business. Brian was such a fun soul, and a great friend to many. He worked with this business for 15 years, was extremely passionate about what he did, and absolutely loved each and every one of his customers!
Unfortunately, Brian also passed away in 2019. But the business lives on! Brian’s daughter, Lyndsay has since taken over the company and continues to provide the same personalized service in his honour. "As a legacy to Brian I am absolutely honoured to continue running this company, and well let’s face it, it’s an awesome service! I enjoy seeing and talking to all of the many friends Brian made here in Kelowna. More and more of whom are also becoming friends of mine! I thank you all for your continued support, and look forward to seeing you again!"

How is Home Safe different from a taxi service?
We are different from a taxi, primarily because our service delivers you and your vehicle to your destination. We have two drivers, Driver A and Driver B. Driver A drives you and your vehicle home. Driver B drives the chase car and follows behind to your destination, then drives Driver A to our next client.
How much does it cost?
There is a flat rate of $36 for the first 5km of your trip and each kilometer after that is $4.00, to your destination.
How can I pay?
We accept credit, debit, cash, or e-transfer.
What are your hours of operation?
Home Safe is currently running from 7:30pm - 2:30am Fridays and Saturdays, and 8pm - 12am Mon-Thurs.

Do I need to make a reservation?
No, you can call us anytime for a pick up. If you would like to guarantee a time, we do require a 30% deposit.
